What is the course about?

6. Persuasion and Influencing Skills
Understanding attitudes; Influencing attitudes; Documenting changes needed; Who is being influenced

7. Managing or Avoiding Conflict
What causes conflict; How to diffuse conflict; Handling provocation and intimidation; Responding to conflict; Achieving"Win-win" situations

8. Coaching
