Miranda has over 25 years experience of providing training and development. She has a breadth of experience working with a diverse client base.
Miranda focuses her training on enabling people to develop their skills and confidence so they can successfully manage themselves and others. She works with her clients to help them build their skills, abilities and confidence to achieve their potential. Whether it is in delivering effective and interesting presentations or managing difficult staff there is a solution and approach that fits the individual or team.
Miranda works well with both formal structured, subject based training programmes and more loosely structured facilitated learning environments. Within both she is enthusiastic - encouraging participants to learn from their own and others' experiences, and to develop new skills and the confidence to implement them.
As well as successfully working as a trainer, Miranda also runs her own business designing and making furniture to commission. Although this may seem very different to training, they actually require similar skills. Both call for working with customers to understand their specific needs and perhaps to try something new, ultimately creating an end product which fits the customers' needs.
